Otherwise, I guess you'd have to use MC to set the gender chances back to 50/50: click on the pregnant sim>NRaas>MasterController>Basic>Baby>Gender Offset>0. Edit: also, I think you can negate the apple pancakes by having the pregnant sim eat watermelon pancakes.
